Great schedule: OFF Sunday and Monday.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm / Wednesday 10:00am - 2:00pm / Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm.

Day to Day:

  • Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
  • Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
  • Web pricing and discount management
  • Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, cleaning outside front of the store
  • Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
  • Drive auction process
  • Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
  • Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience (required)
  • Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products, e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook (required)
